The two cutter shafts, driven by the power system, rotate in opposite directions at a low speed and high torque. After material enters the crushing chamber through the hopper, it is gripped by the rotating cutters. Through the combined actions of inter-cutter shearing, material-tearing, and mutual material compaction, the material is broken down into smaller fragments and discharged through the outlet.
